Started these alongside cutting back on caffeine and the combination has been brilliant. After 10 weeks I'm calmer in the evenings, sleeping deeper, and the cravings around food and drink feel less insistent.

Every figure here is printed on the label. Check it against the supplement facts panel on the bottle.
Pueraria lobata, from the root of a vigorous climbing vine used in Chinese herbal practice for centuries. Ours is standardised to 40% isoflavones, which is the figure worth comparing between brands — extract weight alone tells you very little.
Two capsules make a 1,400mg serving, and a bottle is a 30-day course.
Take 2 vegetarian capsules a day. 2 vegetarian capsules with a meal and a glass of water.
Same time each day. Botanicals reward routine. Anchor it to something you already do — the kettle, the school run, brushing your teeth.
Give it a full bottle. Thirty servings in every bottle, so the next decision is a long way off.
What is kudzu?
Pueraria lobata — a fast-growing climbing vine whose root has been used in Chinese herbal practice for centuries.
What does 40% isoflavones mean?
Isoflavones are the active fraction. Standardising to 40% means every batch is measured to contain at least that proportion.
Where is it made?
Formulated and manufactured in the UK to GMP standards, with every batch lab tested before release. Orders are dispatched from the UK, typically arriving in 1–2 business days.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Follow the directions on each label and do not exceed the stated daily amount for any of them. If you take prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical supervision, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before combining supplements.

-
Vegetarian capsules
Plant-cellulose shell, non-GMO, no unnecessary fillers.
Where we stand alone
Standardised, not just weighed.
Kudzu root is easy to sell and hard to verify — most products state a milligram figure and nothing about the active fraction. Ours is 1,400mg standardised to 40% isoflavones, which is the part that actually distinguishes one kudzu from another.
Specification
Standardised to 40% isoflavones
Isoflavones are the characterising fraction of kudzu root. Standardising means every batch is measured against that figure.

We know how this looks
Another kudzu capsule. Sure.
Fair. Most of them will give you a milligram number and go quiet on the isoflavones.

Someone told me that Kudzu would help me in Dry January, because it helps with cravings, so I thought I'd give it a go. I didn't have a drink in January, or have done yet in 2025. I don't know how much of that was down to the Kudzu, but I reckon it definitely improves my mood. At 40% it's isoflavone concentration is definitely amongst the highest on the market, which contributes to a lot of wellness factors. I didn't know about the anti-inflammatory properties, but that can't be a bad thing either.
